30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid limen subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the original order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all limen orders. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Email us at legal@limen.earth with your order details and we will arrange the refund with Paddle on your behalf.
Refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval, depending on your bank.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page or via paddle.net. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
Statutory rights
This policy is in addition to, and does not affect, any statutory consumer rights you have under applicable law, including any right of withdrawal in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom.
